*For the purpose of this electronic mail and problem, I am using Outlook 2019 from the Function 2019 Pro package.

*I have used the POP3 mail service protocol for a number of years to remember my mail from the outlook.com server.

*The error message in my asking started occurring on April 2

*I have two accounts set in the Outlook 2019, each one receives the same error during Send/Retrieve.

*Using the same login names and passwords that I am using in Outlook 2019, I am able to connect to Outlook.com  via a browser and encounter my emails.

*Besides note in my original mail service, this same connexion problem started on the same appointment when trying to retrieve mail using POP3 protocol on the electronic mail app in Ipad and the e-mail app in Android phones.

*I worked for an extended catamenia of fourth dimension with an Outlook 2019 engineer to troubleshoot the problem. When the engineer had tried everything from an application standpoint, they concluded that the problem was outlook.com server related.

*Afterwards posting to the Outlook.exe group, they immediately sent me back to the Function squad.

*Given that the problem exists on Microsoft products AND on IOS products AND Android products, information technology is easy to conclude that something inverse around April 2 on the Outlook server side that affected all products using POP3 protocol to retrieve email from Outlook.com

In the other thread, one person mentioned using pop-mail.outlook.com as the server setting.

Are you using popular-post.outlook.com?

Have you tried using outlook.office365.com ?

Have yous checked if POP access is still enabled?

I have worked ninety minutes with Office 2019 Outlook support.  Their conclusion was the upshot was non app related.  They directed me to the Outlook.com In-App support.

Outlook.com In-App support requested additional information, which I replied.  Their immediate reply after receiving my response was to send me back to Microsoft Role 2019 Outlook support.

I proceed to suggest that if the aforementioned error bulletin occurs when attempting to retrieve mail service from the Outlook.com server from 3 different products using POP3 authentication (Outlook 2019, IOS thirteen Ipad, Android) then the issue lies with Outlook.com.  But it seems no one wants to expect at that equally the issue.

*These are the settings that accept been used for 4+ years across all platforms (Office/Outlook, IOS, Android)

* outlook.office365.com does not work

*pop3 is still enabled in my Outlook.com settings

I keep to suggest that if the same error message occurs when attempting to remember mail from the Outlook.com server from 3 unlike products using POP3 authentication (Outlook 2019, IOS 13 Ipad, Android) and so the consequence lies with Outlook.com.  But information technology seems no one wants to wait at that every bit the issue.
